Return time

If you are a consumer established in the European Union, you normally have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw. Send a clear statement to autorunperf@gmail.com indicating your name, order number and items. After notification, return the products within 14 days to AutoRun Performance, Route Legipont 15, Hall 15/009, 4671 Blegny, Belgium.

State required

The product must be complete, unassembled, unused, unmodified and in a condition that allows it to be reissued as new. The original packaging, protections, accessories, notices and labels shall be present and not be deteriorated. However, the consumer retains the legal right to examine the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. A reduction in value resulting from excessive manipulation may be deducted from the refund.

Return costs

The direct costs of return shall be borne by the customer in case of withdrawal or return of convenience. No restocking fee is charged. If the product is defective, not compliant or different from the one ordered, contact us before shipping so that we can arrange an appropriate solution and pay reasonable return costs.

Refund

We refund the sums due, including the cost of the initial standard delivery when it is legally required to be refunded, not later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. We may defer the refund until the goods are received or until proof of dispatch is provided. The refund shall be made with the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions and guarantee

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made according to your specifications or clearly customized, as well as to other exceptions provided by law. This policy does not limit the legal guarantee of compliance or other mandatory rights.
