Destinations and delivery method

Standard delivery is available in the European countries we serve. Express delivery is not available.

Rates

Standard delivery is free, except for the following categories:

Wagner products: €19.
Exhaust systems: €39.
Wheels: €99.
Brake discs: €39.

The applicable rate is displayed before payment. If an order contains several categories subject to a surcharge, the final amount displayed at checkout prevails.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The estimated total delivery time within Europe is 3 to 5 business days from confirmation and processing of the order. This estimate may vary in the event of exceptional unavailability, customs formalities or carrier delays.

Tracking, delays and damage

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order. Customers must check their address before confirming the order. If a parcel arrives damaged, take photographs, note any reservations with the carrier where possible and contact us promptly at autorunperf@gmail.com. Delivery times remain estimates and your statutory rights in the event of delay continue to apply.
