Seller and scope

The store is operated by AutoRun Performance, Rte Legipont 15, 4671 Blegny, Belgium, email: autorunperf@gmail.com. These terms apply to sales concluded through this store. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions always remain applicable.

Products and compatibility

We take the utmost care to present the essential characteristics of our products. Images are illustrative and slight differences may occur. Before ordering a vehicle part, check the make, model, year, engine, part numbers and approval requirements. The vehicle selector is an aid and does not replace checking the product page. If in doubt, contact us before purchasing with the vehicle's chassis number and specifications.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are provided before you confirm payment. The order becomes final once payment is confirmed and we send our confirmation, subject to an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability. In such cases, we will inform you and refund any amount incorrectly collected.

Payment and availability

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You must be authorised to use your chosen method. Stock information may change; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a solution or a refund.

Delivery, returns and statutory guarantees

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy. The right of withdrawal and return procedures are set out in our Refund policy. These terms do not limit statutory guarantees or mandatory remedies.

Installation and use

Parts must be installed, adjusted and checked in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, ideally by a qualified professional. Some products intended for motorsport or off-road use may not be approved for use on public roads. Customers are responsible for checking the rules applicable to their vehicle and its use. No provision limits our liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

Intellectual property

The store's own text, graphics, brand elements and content may not be reproduced without permission, subject to the rights of manufacturers and other rights holders.

Applicable law and disputes

Belgian law applies without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Contact us first so that we can seek an amicable resolution. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute-resolution procedures and bring proceedings before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable rules.
